These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services quoted or delivered by Gilded Lodge Essentials, LLC ("we", "I", "Gilded Lodges"). By using the site or engaging services, you agree to these terms.
Quote-based services
Services offered through Gilded Lodges — including co-hosting, cleaning and turnovers, pet care, and concierge arrangements — are priced by conversation. Any figures given verbally or in an initial reply are estimates only. A quote becomes binding only when it is confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) by both parties.
No self-serve booking
This site does not offer self-serve booking or payment. All scheduling is handled directly between you and me.
Cancellations & changes
If plans change, tell me as soon as possible. Specific cancellation windows and fees, if any, will be described in your written quote.
Property access & responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and a safe working environment. Where I coordinate a third-party contractor (plumber, electrician, snow removal, veterinarian, etc.), that contractor's own terms and warranties apply to their work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gilded Lodge Essentials, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the services. Direct liability for any single service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Clear Creek County, Colorado, unless the parties agree in writing to another venue.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the business grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change.
