The place
Here's the honest picture.
Georgetown is the postcard the front range sends itself. Well-preserved Victorian architecture, the Loop Railroad running above town in summer, and a downtown small enough to walk end-to-end in a coffee. Property owners here are a mix of long-hold second-home families and boutique STR operators who understand the market rewards charm and detail. Guest expectations are high — Georgetown is a destination, not a pass-through.
What I handle in Georgetown
Full service or à la carte.
- Airbnb co-hosting
- Cleaning & turnovers
- Pet care
- Concierge & local experiences
Historic homes take extra care — original hardwood floors, fragile plaster in some, older plumbing and heating systems. I bring the right products and I don't rush.
Getting there & access
The stuff a national platform can't tell you.
Right off I-70 exit 228. The town itself is compact and easy to walk once guests arrive, but street parking gets tight on holiday weekends. Snow-and-ice management on the pitched historic-district driveways is a real thing — I coordinate plowing so guests aren't slipping on the way to a rental at 11pm.
Common property types
If yours fits any of these, we should talk.
Predominantly Victorian and Victorian-adjacent homes — some restored, some quirky, most with narrow staircases and original details worth protecting. A small number of newer builds sit above town. Almost every rental leans into the historic character rather than fighting it, and the cleaning approach should match.
