The place
Here's the honest picture.
Summit County is a different animal from the I-70 corridor east of the divide. Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, Breckenridge — this is the ski-and-summer market at full volume, with weekend check-ins that don't forgive a late turnover. I work in Summit selectively and with owners who understand that a manager coming over from Idaho Springs is bringing the same standard, plus a modest travel surcharge to make the math honest.
What I handle in Summit County
Full service or à la carte.
- Airbnb co-hosting
- Cleaning & turnovers
- Pet care
- Concierge & local experiences
Summit County jobs carry a $40 travel surcharge on top of the standard cleaning tier. Same-day turnovers require coordination — I plan Summit trips a week ahead where possible.
Getting there & access
The stuff a national platform can't tell you.
Over the Continental Divide via the Eisenhower Tunnel. Tunnel closures during storms are a real variable, and I plan my Summit weekends with backup scenarios. If a big front is forecast, I'll tell you honestly whether a booking can hold and what the fallback is.
Common property types
If yours fits any of these, we should talk.
Ski-market condos are the biggest category by count — Keystone and Breckenridge especially. Silverthorne and Frisco skew toward single-family homes and townhomes. Hot tubs are near-universal on the higher-end rentals and a real factor in turnover time.
