Fresh groceries and pantry basics arranged on a wooden counter

Stocking & Shopping

Groceries. Paper goods. Put away before anyone walks in.

Two ways to use it — one for the guest arriving Friday, one for the owner keeping a place stocked between stays.

Guest arrival stocking

A quiet listing upgrade.

Guests send a short shopping list ahead of check-in. I buy it, deliver it, and put it away — groceries in the fridge, drinks chilled, snacks on the counter. It's the kind of arrival that turns a good stay into a rebook, and it's something owners can advertise directly in the listing.

  • Groceries and drinks purchased to a guest's list
  • Delivered and put away before check-in
  • Itemized receipts, always

Owner restocking

Between-stay top-ups.

Coffee, paper towels, dishwasher pods, welcome basics, linens when it's time. I keep an inventory list for the properties I co-host so we're not restocking Costco-runs from scratch every weekend.

  • Consumables + paper goods + basic pantry
  • Linens topped up as they wear
  • Same receipt discipline as guest stocking
